1. Must not have EVER been kicked or banned, unless it's an AFK kick.
2. Must have never been Dishonorably Discharged from any other LEO agency, or any government agency.
3. Must be on your character that's in the LSBH at least once a day.
4. Must have a CLEAN admin record.
5. (IC) Must have a CLEAN criminal record.
6. Must be at least 15 (fifteen) years of age, IRL.
